MCH IMPACT WRENCHES

CONSTRUCTION

The impact wrenches of the MCH series can be supplied with oil-water emulsion (at least 0.3%) from the hydraulic systems of mechanized roof supports, anywhere in the wall, and along the supply line, or with oil from hydraulic units of mining machinery, such as shearer machines.

The impact wrenches of the MCH series achieve full torque at medium pressures of 10-30 MPa. The impact wrenches of the MCH series are intended for use in very challenging underground mining conditions. Thanks to a highly efficient impact mechanism, this wrench offers high efficiency. The equipment includes a pressure reducer that allows supply from the emulsion system of the mining facility.

CAUTION: For optimal performance, the length of the supply hose should be as short as possible.

APPLICATION

• Installation and removal of tunnel support locks.
• Assistance in all fastenings of drives and tunnel sections for face and wall conveyors.
• Mounting and dismounting of chain scrapers.
• Track work in the wall area.
• Dismantling equipment after coal cutting in the wall.
• Removal of footwalls.
• Rehabilitation work in the wall (e.g., replacement of scraper chains, valves, and conveyor drive components).
• Dismantling of water lines and displacement pipelines; disassembly of transport routes.
