Couplings

Elastic couplings, also known as claw couplings, are structural elements of drive systems built into machines whose task is to connect two rotatable shafts – active and passive – for transmitting torque. Types of couplings: SP, SPR, SET, MOJ, GIGANT, SPIN, TYTAN, SPG, SPP, DUAL, SW, P-Type, DURAFLEX, SURAFLEX, ROTOELASTC, ROTOFLEXI.

Directional couplings SJ can be used in drives where an immediate locking of mutual rotation is required. They can be used on the shaft of the gearbox that drives the conveyor.

Between the drive and output elements, couplings are employed to ensure a smooth start with gradual acceleration of the output element, protect against overloading, and dampen vibrations of rotating components. We offer couplings with hydraulic start and mechanical centrifugal lock that ensure zero slip at rated speeds.

SW and P couplings are torsionally flexible bolt couplings primarily used in applications with high torque and shocks. They are exceptionally durable, fully compensate for any type of shaft misalignment, and securely transmit torque.

Type "SJK" coupling - it's a toothed freewheel coupling. It enables the mechanical connection of auxiliary and main drives. Torque transmission occurs through interlocking hubs, one of which is fixed, and the other is movable.

They are used for transmitting torques in a flexible or rigid torsion system when the distance between the shafts of the driving and driven devices makes it impossible to use a single coupling. The design of coupling assemblies is customized according to individual customer requirements.

The couplings are modified from standard elastic, toothed, claw, and elastomeric couplings into custom solutions tailored to the specific working conditions and requirements of the equipment and the site of use.
