HYDRAULIC BAND SAWS MCHH

CONSTRUCTION

The hydraulic band saw consists of an emulsion motor, gearbox, guiding wheels, and a housing with a handle. The MCHH saw is constructed from 2mm thick steel sheet with special reinforcements, fully galvanized and painted. The saw can be supplied with oil or emulsion at a pressure of up to 30 MPa and a flow rate of 10-12 l/min.

The saw operation is controlled by the SHC valve in the handle.

When supplying the saw from a system with higher parameters than specified, pressure and flow of the medium should be reduced using reducing valves.

All external parts of the saw in a special version are made of spark-free materials, allowing their use along with accessories in methane fields in mines and in explosion-prone areas such as refineries, chemical plants, ship compartments, etc.

Thanks to the specially designed blade teeth and high-quality materials, these saws can cut materials such as the following:

• Common / alloyed steels 14/24 teeth per inch
• Non-ferrous metals 14 teeth per inch
• Rubber and plastics 14 teeth per inch
