The factory service is a group of engineers and technical staff with extensive experience in solving issues related to the production and operation of high-quality and reliable products manufactured by MOJ S.A. Katowice. 

We offer our customers a fast and professional warranty and post-warranty service for the manufactured machines and equipment. Maintenance services are performed either at the customer's location or on the company premises, depending on the technical requirements for conducting the maintenance services. 

Our company headquarters is equipped with a well-equipped laboratory, including the latest Wenzel coordinate measuring machine. A wide range of equipment and diagnostic instruments allows for the verification of diagnosed problems, product manufacturing accuracy, and the identification of potential causes of malfunctions, as well as their prompt resolution.
