Quality Policy
The supreme objective of the Metal Products Factory “Osowiec” FORGE is gaining and strengthening our Clients’ confidence in the company. Pleased and satisfied Clients are key elements in the Company’s strategy as well as the guarantee of its success.
We have undertaken to maintenance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and AQAP 2110:2009, standard and we desire to verify and improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
Quality Policy is realized through the following:
- improving our employees’ qualifications pursuant to a scheduled training system,
- complying with binding regulations of the law,
- enhancing the quality of products through improving technological processes and work organisation,
- cost optimization through constant improving effectiveness and efficiency of realized processes,
- employees’ awareness of the necessity of constant improvement in quality,
- meeting the Client’s requirements related to quality and verifying the level of Clients' satisfaction from offered goods and services,
- removing the causes, not only results of any non-concordances and preventing their future occurrence.
We declare that both the Management and all employees treat the tasks following from the Quality Management System as priority.
