The Osowiec Forge Products
Metal Products Factory „OSOWIEC” Forge manufactures hot forged steel drop forgings with the mass ranging from 0.1 kg to 25 kg.
Our offer includes the following:
- manufacture of forgings on the basis of submitted technical documentation of the products or a model,
- preparing documentation in three dimensional technology 3D CAD/CAM with consideration to our forging technology,
- making forging tools and their renovation,
- heat treatment of forgings,
- shot-blasting,
- cold and hot calibration,
- mechanical processing of forgings,
- packaging and transport.
In addition, at client's request we enable:
- inspection of surface flaws using magnetic defectoscopy,
- carrying out metallographic and endurance tests.
Closed-die forging is carried out with use of air forging hammers:
- MPM 3000 with 10,000 kGm blow energy,
- MPM 3150 with 3150 kGm blow energy,
- MPM 1600 with 1600 kGm blow energy.
Our forgings are used in the following industries:
- mining,
- transport,
- railway,
- power,
- and machine industry.
Apart from our core activity, we offer manufacture of instruments for forging, pressing, die shearing and forming.
