SURE-FLEX ELASTIC COUPLING

CONSTRUCTION

Thanks to its very high flexibility, it provides a natural, low system frequency along with the ability to dampen coupling vibrations. There is also an "open" version that allows for cylinder replacement without separating the coupled devices. This is achieved by shifting the hub mounted on the shaft while maintaining the installation distance. An insert made from this material transmits four times higher torque, but torsional flexibility is significantly reduced.
