Elastic couplings

Elastic couplings, also known as claw couplings, are structural elements of drive systems built into machines whose task is to connect two rotatable shafts – active and passive – for transmitting torque. Types of couplings: SP, SPR, SET, MOJ, GIGANT, SPIN, TYTAN, SPG, SPP, DUAL, SW, P-Type, DURAFLEX, SURAFLEX, ROTOELASTC, ROTOFLEXI.

ELASTIC COUPLING SP

The basic SP coupling consists of two claw hubs and a flexible insert. The shape of the claws, hubs, and the flexible insert ensures optimal interaction even when the alignment of the motor and the driven device shafts is not precise.

ELASTIC COUPLING SPR

The flexible coupling of the SPR type is one of the versions of the SP coupling, featuring a pair of radially mounted flanges on the drive side and the driven device.

HIGHLY ELASTIC COUPLING MOJ

The main purpose of the high-elastic demountable couplings of the MOJ type is to connect the electric drive motor to the transmission shaft of the driven equipment.

ELASTIC COUPLING SPIN

The primary application of the flexible detachable couplings of the SPIN type is to connect the electric or hydraulic drive motor to the shaft of the driven equipment. They are recommended wherever it is difficult to disassemble the motor.

ELASTIC COUPLING GIGANT

The primary application of elastic couplings of the GIGANT type is to connect an electric drive motor to a transmission shaft in drives for belt and scraper conveyors, compressors, pumps, fans, and other devices.

HIGHLY ELASTIC COUPLING DUAL

A DUAL-use coupling consists of two hubs and a flexible insert. The forms of the flexible insert ensure optimal interaction even in the case of imprecise alignment between the motor and the driven device shafts.

HIGHLY ELASTIC COUPLING DURA-FLEX

The coupling with the DURA-FLEX insert consists of two hubs and an elastic insert. The shapes of the elastic insert ensure optimal interaction even in cases of imprecise alignment between the motor shafts and the driven equipment.

ELASTIC COUPLING TYTAN

The primary application of TYTAN-type elastic couplings is to connect an electric drive motor to a gearbox shaft in applications involving conveyor belts, scrap conveyors, compressors, pumps, fans, and other equipment.

HIGHLY ELASTIC COUPLING SET

The highly elastic couplings of the SET type are characterized by their ability to accommodate large, sudden increases in load beyond the rated transmitted torque while simultaneously protecting the entire drive system.

BELT COUPLING IN MINING, TYPE SPG

The SPG coupling is designed to transmit torque from the drive motor to the driven equipment.

ELASTIC JOINT COUPLING SPP

Flexible joint couplings of the SPP type can be used in drives of conveyors and pumps that are installed between the motor and the driven equipment.

SURE-FLEX ELASTIC COUPLING

The SURE-FLEX coupling consists of two identical hubs and a flexible insert. Both the hubs and the insert have outer and inner toothed rings that are used for engagement.
