The claw backstop of the SJK type is used for manually engaging and disengaging the torque transmission system, for example, the auxiliary drive of a cement mill.
The advantage of the coupling is that the system can be disengaged quickly and easily using a lever. The manual lever system is equipped with a pawl whose purpose is to prevent accidental operation, and thanks to the system of lubrication channels, the lever movement does not pose significant problems. The one-way coupling can be equipped with sensors that indicate when the coupling is engaged or disengaged.
