The OP-80C pump, housed in steel, is designed for pumping highly polluted water with a temperature of up to +40°C. It is a submersible pump that is directly immersed in the pumped liquid.
Lubrication with antifreeze machine oil is required. It is recommended to use a line oiler in the supply system. When the pump is fully immersed, extend the air outlet hose above the liquid surface.
In mining, it is used for dewatering walkways, work related to shaft sinking, and similar applications.
The OP-80C pump can be used in underground mines in areas with methane explosion hazard levels a, b, or c and coal dust explosion hazard levels A or B.
The optimal operating parameters of the OP-80C pump, housed in a steel casing, with the highest isothermal efficiency for water with a specific gravity of γ = 1 kg/dm3 and a temperature of +10°C at compressed air pressures of p = 0.4 and 0.5 MPa are provided in the following table:

* The pump can be equipped with various 1" compressed air connection nozzles.
Attention! The pump is supplied with compressed air at pressures of up to 0.5 MPa - lubrication with antifreeze machine oil 26 Z, AN 15 Z, AN 22 Z, or AN 46 Z according to PN-88 / C-96071 is required. It is recommended to use an S-3 line oiler in the supply system.
