HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS

Hydraulic actuators manufactured by MOJ S.A. find application in virtually every industry, but their most significant use is currently in the rapidly growing agricultural machinery market.

MOJ S.A. offers both single-acting and double-acting hydraulic actuators.

We produce hydraulic actuators based on our own designs and solutions developed by our engineering department. Additionally, we manufacture actuators according to the specific requirements of individual customers for their particular projects.

WE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS WITH A FOCUS ON MAXIMUM DURABILITY.

Key components of our actuators, such as "ears," are made from forgings produced in our forge in Osowiec. The pistons and rods in our production are made from solid C45 grade steel rods, significantly improving the durability and reliability of the entire actuator. In contrast to commonly used, cheaper actuators on the market that have these critical and crucial parts made from castings, which, in the overall calculation, do not meet the durability and reliability requirements of the entire actuator.

An additional advantage of our actuators is the use of double, duplicated lip seals and a guiding ring in the actuator rod. Combined with the use of high-quality seals from leading global manufacturers, they ensure long and trouble-free operation.

Upon special request, the actuator rod can be made from a 10 MnV6 material with a nickel-chromium coating, NiKrom 350, which, when subjected to a neutral salt solution, provides corrosion resistance that meets the 10th class according to ISO 10289. This is a requirement set by an increasing number of our customers who demand very high durability.

MOJ S.A. hydraulic actuators are designed to operate within nominal pressures of 20 MPa to maximum pressures of 25 MPa at operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +80°C or according to the customer's order.

All our actuators are manufactured in accordance with our company's quality management system based on PN-EN ISO 9001. Additionally, each of our hydraulic actuators undergoes testing in accordance with ISO 10100:2020 standards, during which it is subjected to a pressure of 37.5 MPa, which is equal to 1.5 times the maximum working pressure.
